Pavestone, LLC hereby provides to the original purchaser a lifetime guarantee that its concrete paving stones purchased by the purchaser and installed for residential use will be free from defects in workmanship or materials given normal use and care. Concrete pavingstones installed according to ICPI standards, and properly cared for that prove defective will be replaced without cost, execpt that Pavestone, LLC will not be responsible for labor, transportation costs or equipment costs. Warranty covers product only. Pacestone, LLC does not guaranty color matching nor does it assume responsibility for damage or defects arising from improper installation, abuse or the alteration or application of any other materials to its concrete paving stones. This guarantee gives the purchaser specific legal rights, and the purchaser my also have other rights that vary from state to state.
